Food & Wine Festivals at the Panamonte

The Panamonte hosts Food & Wine Festivals every year to celebrate the Chiriquí Region’s role as the gastronomic apex of Panama. Our renowned Chef Charlie Collins, winner of this year’s La Toque D´Or de Nestle and the Club Gourmet Bon Appetit Gran Premio a la Excelencia y Trayectoria Vitalicia, invites a special guest chef from one of the finest restaurants in Panama City to collaborate with him during this unique event that shines as one of the most anticipated culinary events in Western Panama.

The festivals begin in the cocktail lounge with champagne and appetizers, followed by a 5-course gourmet dinner in the dining room. An expert sommelier will be on hand to pair select wines with each course. The festivals are a genuine feast for the senses and an unparalleled event in Western Panama.

Our upcoming festivals in 2008 will take place on August 23rd. and October 11th.
