Full-Service Accommodations at the Panamonte
The 16 guestrooms at the Panamonte Inn & Spa have been freshly renovated to provide you with true comfort, yet we’ve carefully maintained the antique look and feel that evokes charm and a quieter, less hurried era. Rooms are spread throughout the property and are surrounded by beautiful gardens. Our El Fresal cabin is located just across the road and is perfect for families or groups. Other rooms include standard, superior, garden cabins and a honeymoon suite. All rooms feature room safes, telephones, hair dryers, air-conditioning, Internet connection, and room service. Rooms also come with Direct TV, but for those who seek to “get away from it all,” TVs in the guestrooms may be hidden behind the closed doors of a furniture console.
GARDEN CABAÑAS
These are our largest rooms, just steps from our main hotel and set back in our gardens. Rooms feature a king-sized bed, a table and chairs, and private patio seating area. Cabanas can accommodate up to three or four persons.

HONEYMOON SUITE
Ingrid Bergman slept here! Our spacious and light Honeymoon Suite is tucked away on the second story with a private entrance, so that couples may indulge in the sensation of a romantic rendezvous. The suite comes with a king-size bed, and can accommodate up to one or two persons.

SUPERIOR ROOM
More spacious than the standard room, our superior room Quetzal 1 opens onto our gardens. Our Colibrí superior room is light and airy and surrounded by foliage; this room is located in the El Fresal building across the street. Superior room can accommodate up to one or two persons.

El FRESAL APARTMENT
Perfect for a family or group of friends, the El Fresal features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area and outdoor porch with seating area, for a maximum of 6 guests. The master bedroom comes with a queen-size bed and private bathroom, and there are two bedrooms with two twins each connected by a shared bathroom. El Fresal can accommodate up to five persons.

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICIES
As a small inn, we are greatly affected by late reservation cancellations. Therefore, we request a deposit of one (1) night’s stay for individual reservations, and a deposit of two (2) night’s stay for holiday periods (see dates below). For holiday periods, a minimum stay of three nights is required. Deposits are payable by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) or via a direct deposit to our bank account. A reservation will not be confirmed until the deposit is paid. For group reservations and cancellations, see policy below. All cancellations must be made in writing.
INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS: Cancellations made 8 days or more before the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made 7 days or less before the arrival date will not be refunded the deposit.
HOLIDAY PERIODS: The Panamonte requires a minimum reservation of three (3) nights during holiday and festival periods, and a deposit of two (2) nights to confirm the reservation. Cancellations made 15 days or more before the arrival period will be charged 50% of the deposit plus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made 14 days or less before the arrival period will lose 100% of the deposit.
No shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay.
GROUP RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY (For groups booking 3 or more rooms)
November 1 – April 30: Sixty (60) days before the arrival date, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation is required for groups reserving 3 or more rooms. If the reservation is cancelled between 60 and 30 days before the arrival date, a processing fee of $25 will be applied. If the reservation is cancelled 29 days or more before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
May 1 – October 31: Thirty (30) days before the arrival date, a deposit of 50% is required for groups reserving 3 or more rooms. If the reservation is cancelled between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date, a processing fee of $25 will be applied. Cancellations made 14 days or less before the arrival date forfeit the deposit.
